Talent Sourcer

Description

Ruby.ua is looking for a Talent Sourcer who will be directly involved in the formation and development of the company’s projects.

Requirements

At least 1 year of experience as an IT Recruiter/Researcher/Sourcer;
Hands-on experience with sourcing techniques (e.g. recruiting on social platforms and crafting Boolean search strings);
Knowledge of relevant job boards, platforms, social media, and other online channels;
Experience in Market Research and analysis, exploring the salary ranges;
Excellent communication skills;
High level of self-organization, responsibility, and sociability;
English level Upper-intermediate and higher.

Additional Skills & Qualifications
